Shredded BBQ Pork Sandwich

Ingredients:
Pork Shoulder
Beer
Onions
Big Racks BBQ Sauce only available at the restaurant or Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
Cole Slaw
Swiss Cheese
Hamburger Buns

Method:
Braise your pork shoulder by putting in a crock pot with beer and onions. Cook for 4-6 hours. When pork is fork tender, shred while it is still hot. Toss with BBQ Sauce. Place a substantial scoop of pork on the bottom bun. Top with a slice of Swiss cheese and a spoonful of your favorite cole slaw . Cover with top bun, and enjoy barbecue Dallas
